One sentence

No Treat Today rewards your efforts in the face of temptation: tell Crush the ape how your day went, and collect apes on the days you don’t overindulge.

Short paragraph

No Treat Today helps you track and reduce overindulgence — sugar, fast food, snacks, alcohol. Answer one question from Crush, your ape companion ("Too many treats today?"), collect apes on your good days, and understand your cravings without streak-reset guilt.

Full paragraph

No Treat Today is an app that rewards your efforts in the face of temptation. Did you overindulge today? That is all you need to know to get started. Users tell Crush, a lovable ape companion, how their day went — a simple yes or no, or a note about what they consumed. Clean days attract new apes, five kinds in all, plus special apes on holidays. Unlike streak-based habit trackers, a bad day never resets your progress: your apes are always just a few clean days away. Goals, treat definitions ("what counts as a treat?"), an Apple Watch app, and widgets round it out.

About Quit Sugar: No Treat Today

No Treat Today is an application that rewards your efforts in the face of temptation.

Did you overindulge today? That is all you need to know to get started with No Treat Today. It helps you understand your cravings and how you react to them. You track when you chose to eat that cake or have an extra slice of pizza — and the more you track, the more you understand your behaviors, so you can change your habits over time.

No Treat Today is fun to use — just tell Crush, your lovable ape companion, how your day went. Answer Crush’s question — "Too many treats today?" — with a simple yes or no, or note down what you consumed so you can review it later. Collect new apes on the days you don’t overindulge. Reflect on the previous week and set new goals, adding new apes as you go.

No streaks to lose

Have a day when things don’t go so well? No problem — we’re all human (except the apes, of course!). Tracking doesn’t have to be judgmental: diets often fail because they ask too much of us. Unlike some habit-tracking apps, you won’t have to start all over again — your apes are always just a few clean days away from returning. Those clean days don’t even have to be consecutive: they can be made up of several meals over multiple days.

The aim isn’t to beat you up but to inspire and reward. No Treat Today tracks your progress without the demoralization of restarting a streak because life got in the way.

It’s all about the apes

Sure, they’re cute and you’re going to love collecting them. But it’s about what your apes represent: each one shows how your choices add up, and how small changes make a big impact — even when we don’t notice it. Keep tracking your efforts, and you’ll soon have a planet full of different apes, all reminding you how great you’re doing.
